Our system was manual before the implementation of PeoplePay HRMIS & SCMS. This software has significantly reduced the man hours invested in the management of the Human Resource Processes. All our files are now electronic and we have direct integration with the Payroll, Purchasing, Inventory and Asset management Systems. HR processes starting from recruitment to separation is now automated; the Applicant Response Letter to the Specific Separation letters are produced by the system. An outstanding feature we enjoy is the employee self-serve, added to this; system work flows greatly aids in simplifying the communication process within the software, thus leading us in the direction of a paperless office environment.
